These terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the Client by virtue of the Client making a booking in person, verbal, telephoned, faxed, E-mailed, Internet, or written for the services of any person supplied by ’KidsPartyLab – Mallorca’

Booking Process:

To book our services, please use our contact webform or get in touch with us by phone. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and send you a confirmation by email or message. Please keep in mind that the deposit to secure the date is none refundable. Our business relies on a steady stream of reservations and sales to maintain operations, pay staff, and cover overhead costs. The deposit helps ensure the financial stability of our business, allowing us to provide high-quality. If we have early notice we will always try and offer a different date if possible.

KidsPartyLab- Mallorca reserves the right to replace entertainment with something similar if the original service(s) is not available on the day due to unforeseen circumstances.

Booking requirements and information: 

• A minimum booking of 3 hours is required for babysitters during parties and events.

• All entertainers & babysitters are thoroughly vetted and have background checks.

• We do not provide pool games without a life guard present.

• Easy access to the party venue and parking is required or there may be an additional fee.

• A transport fee is charged relative to the distance

• A suitable room or space is necessary where no child can have access, to perform the entertainer’s preparation.

Payment:

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This amount will be communicated to you during the booking process. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your event.

Cancellations and refunds:

In the case of having contracted several services and a part of it is cancelled, it will be penalised with 50% of the cost of the cancelled services. We highly advise you to please notify us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to check other options.  

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel due to unforeseen events. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative booking date.

4. Changes to bookings:

If you need to change your booking date or time, please do so before the deadline which will be communicated during our booking process. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability. If you wish to modify the details of your booked services (e.g., package inclusions), please contact us in advance so we can check the availability in our stock. 

Safety and Liability:

We prioritize the safety of all participants during our events. Please follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our team. KidsPartyLab-Mallorca is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event. Participants found responsible for damages to third party equipment will be required to cover the cost of repairs or replacement. The specific cost will depend on the extent of the damage and the value of the equipment or property affected.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform KidsPartyLab - Mallorca of any pre-existing medical condition, dietary requirements, allergies, health insurance details, and emergency contact numbers, as well as to provide adequate refreshments, and any sun creams and medications for the client.

Force majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) that prevent us from fulfilling our booking obligations, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the booking with appropriate compensation.
